2. Room Ownership

When you purchase a room on Pixel Art Room's canvas:

  • You own the right to display artwork on the purchased coordinate space
  • Ownership is permanent for lifetime purchases
  • Subscription-based rooms require active payments to maintain access
  • You retain copyright to your original artwork
  • Pixel Art Room reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms

3. Content Guidelines

Users must not create or display content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Includes sexually explicit material
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Promotes illegal activities or violence

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms:

  • All payments are processed through secure payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay)
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except in cases of service failure
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Promotional codes and coupons have specific terms and expiration dates

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Keeping your contact information up to date

6. Service Availability

Pixel Art Room strives to maintain 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Art Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
